Assignment prompt
Title: My Temne unity pledge
Write a pledge of 200–400 words in the first person. Include:
- Language commitment — what you will practise weekly (verified phrases only).
- Family / kinship commitment — how you will listen, record with consent, or repair connection.
- Community commitment — association, faith space, mutual aid, or teaching act.
- Time-bound realism — dates or rhythms for the next 30–90 days (avoid vague forever promises).
- Dignity clause — no stereotypes, no extractive tourism of culture.
- Accuracy clause — no invented Temne words, chiefs, or origin myths; verify before sharing.
Sign with your name and date. Optional audio recording of you reading the pledge.
Admin: Complete when all six elements appear. Feedback may suggest narrowing over-ambitious scopes.
