Title: Your Soul Journey learning pact
Instructions: Write a short pact (150–300 words) that you will keep beside this course. Address yourself in the first person. Include all of the following:
- Dignity-first norms — How you will speak about Temne people, elders, and communities (no stereotypes; no extractive “culture tourism”).
- Accuracy clause — A clear promise not to invent origin myths, chiefs’ names, or Temne words you have not verified. State that you will check sources before posting or teaching others.
- Listening clause — How you will seek consent before recording or sharing family stories.
- Practice clause — One weekly habit for language or culture learning (even if imperfect).
- Unity clause — One way you will contribute to Temne unity this month (call, join, help, translate, host, donate with transparency, etc.).
Submission: Paste into the Tutor LMS assignment field (or upload a PDF). Optional: share a shortened version with the cohort if you wish.
