Registering a new account
How to complete your account registration?
Step 1: Complete the registration and click create your account. After you register your account make sure you check your email in your inbox and spam for your confirmation.
Step 2: Once your account has been confirmed you are ready to continue your account and profile.
In summary, the following steps must be done in order to gain access to yout account:
- Complete registration form
- Check email (including spam box) for activation link
- Click the activation button
After you have successfully activated your account, you will want to update its contents in order to customize your profile, privacy settings and features to your preference. You will notice on a chart to your left the image below which will let you know just how much of your profile has been completed and what remains to be completed.
Continue completing your profile
As with most popular social meda platforms, your profile is what you put into it. You can put as much or as little about who you are as you wish. With each adjust ment or addition of content, always consider which level of privacy you wish your content to be displayed. You may want to make sure that what is visible to other users or the public is only what you wish for them to see. Make sure you take a good care at the privacy policyas well. Privacy Policy
You can upload your profile photoby following the steps below. You should try to keep your photo near the dimensions of 300 px (height) by 300 px (width) which should be a square shape.

Step 1: Remember, you can change your profile at any time you wish by clicking the arrow to the right of your name (if using a laptop or PC). Note: if you are using a smartphone, simply click My Profile from the tab at the bottom of your screen, then click your profile (or the default image) and continue to follow the instructions.
Step 2: To continue with your profile simply click your name on the top right and click profile then edit profile.
Step 3: To change profile photo you press the pencil shape in profile photo and click change profile photo. Next click upload file and select desired photo. Then crop the photo and click crop photo. After profile photo is set click on the left side cover photo.
Step 4: Click select your file and choose desired photo. After it says your new cover photo was uploaded successfully click activity.
How to connect with others?
Step 1: At the top of the activity page click members.
Step 2: Click the person icon underneath the members you wish to connect with.
How to send and receive messages in your inbox?
Step 1: At the top bar of the activity screen on the right click the envelope icon.
Step 2: Click view inbox.
Step 3: To send a message click the pen and paper icon on the top left.
Step 4: Under where it says new message type in the person’s name you wish to message.
Step 5: After having the name in the box underneath where it says type message, type your message.
Step 6: After typing in your message click send.
How to chat?
Step 1: Click on friends at the bottom right.
Step 2: Click chats.
Step 3: Click the chat symbol next to the name of whoever you wish to chat to.
How to delete your notifications?
Step 1: Click the bell shaped notifications on the top right of the activity page.
Step 2: Click view notifications.
Step 3: Click the white box on the left side of each notification you wish to delete.
Step 4: Click bulk actions, delete, and then apply.
How to post something in a group?
Step 1: Click on groups on the top bar of the activity page.
Step 2: Go to a group by clicking the group name and when you are on the group page on the top bar click feed.
Step 3: Click in the rectangle box to share something with your group.
Step 4: From there you can type something or if you wish to upload a photo click the camera shape in the box and choose desired photo.
Step 5: When the photo has been selected click post update.
How to leave a group:
1: Click groups on the top bar of the activity page.
2: Click you’re a member of the group you wish to leave.
3: Click leave group.
How to change privacy settings?
Step 1: click on your name at the top right of the activity page and click account.
Step 2: On the left box with the lock icon in front click privacy.
Step 3: On the right side where it says visibility click what you wish to change the privacy settings to for each profile info.
How to change your password?
Step 1: click on your name at the top right of the activity page and click account.
Step 2: Where it says login information type in your current password.
Step 3: underneath type in your new password and repeat new password.
Step 4: Click save changes.
How to delete your profile?
Step 1: Click your name at the top right of the activity page and click account.
Step 2: On the box in the left side click delete account.
Step 3: Click the box next to I understand the consequences and click delete account.
